Q. How often can I play WIN5?

A. You can play as often as you want, as long as you have game points in your account. Game points are accumulated by interacting with the advertisers looking to present their products and services to you. You can earn credits once you are registered by simply clicking on the Get More Credits tab from the top navigation.

Q. How long does it take for the credits to apply to my account?

A. We do not apply game points until the advertisers have authorized us to do so. Some offers are credited immediately and others may take hours or even a day or so. The good news is that your game points never expire and are available for use in the game anytime you want.

Q. If I do offers and do not get my game points, what should I do?

A. The game credit (game points) management program has a support button. Simply click on the Free Offers tab and contact their support. They might ask for proof of completed offers before crediting your account. Please understand that we do not manage this part of the program. Several common reasons why points do not credit are that multiple users are part of a shared IP address (e.g., in a dormitory at a university). We only allow one user per IP address to protect our advertising partners against fraudulent referrals. There are other detection programs in place and for some reason you might be triggering them. These detection processes are unique to each advertising partner and are not controlled by us.

Q. How much prize money can I win?

A. The amount of Prize Money you win is determined by the number of game points you play. At the start of each race you submit a number of game points to play. If you win the race, you will be awarded two times that number in Prize Money. If you lose the race, the game points you played will automatically convert to Prize Money on a one-for-one basis. There is no limit to how many Prize Money you can win over any period of time as long as you have the game points available to play.

Q. How much prize money do I get when I refer my friends?

A. We are a two-tier / two-level payout program. Each time your friend plays, whether they win or lose, you will earn 20% of the amount of Prize Money they earn. When your referred friends refer their friends, you will earn 10% of the amount of Prize Money they earn. Your referral Prize Money are earned with every single game play whether your referred friends and their referred friends win or lose as long as they are playing with game points. The more friends you refer, the more Prize Money you earn.

A. To play WIN5, you do not have to know anything about horse racing. Just pick your horse and be a jockey! Learning how to play our game is not only simple, it's fun. You will be riding winners and building your prize money bankroll in no time.

Q. Is it true that I can earn cash when playing this game?

A. Absolutely! Q. How much money can I earn?

With each race you win, twice the number of game points you played will be converted to Prize Money. Q. Why am I still showing money in my Pending Prize Money account when my account has been verified?

A. Verifying your account is a two-step process. The first step is verification of your email address through our auto-email responder program. The second step is completing at least one free offer from our Get More Credits section. Remember, you are also earning prize money from your referrals through our Refer-A-Friend program. Their account must also be verified in order for your referral commissions to move from the Pending Prize Money account to your Available Prize Money account. You can track the commissions earned from your referrals and whether their accounts are verified by clicking on the My Account tab when logged into our game.
